CrackStreams is a link-curation site. We do not host video files or streams ourselves — we only list links to third-party pages. If you believe a link on our site points to content that infringes your copyright, this page explains how to send a proper DMCA takedown notice and how we handle complaints.
How to send a DMCA takedown notice to us
Please send one clear email to: collab.topagency@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice — CrackStreams” and include the information listed below. We will review every valid notice and act as fast as we reasonably can.
Required information (please include all items):
-
Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
-
A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for example, the title, a short description, or where the original work is published).
-
The exact location (URL) on CrackStreams where the allegedly infringing link appears — include the full URL(s) so we can find it quickly. If the link points to another site, provide the URL to the page on our site that links to it and, if possible, the URL of the infringing page.
-
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the copyrighted material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
-
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name at the end of the email is acceptable as an electronic signature).
If your notice is missing required elements, we may not be able to act on it until it is corrected.
What we will do after we receive a valid notice
-
We will review your notice and, if it is valid and we determine action is appropriate, we will remove or disable the link(s) on CrackStreams that point to the alleged infringing material.
-
When we remove a link, we will try to notify the user who posted the link (if applicable).
-
We may forward your notice to the third party or hosting provider that controls the linked content, and we may provide them with your notice if needed to pursue removal at the host.
Counter-notice (if you believe a removal was mistaken)
If you receive a removal notice or find that a link you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may send a counter-notice to collab.topagency@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Counter-Notice — CrackStreams.” A proper counter-notice should include:
-
Your name, address, and email.
-
Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal (URL on CrackStreams).
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
-
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the U.S., an equivalent statement) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
-
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
After a valid counter-notice, we may restore the link unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.
Repeat infringer policy
CrackStreams respects copyright law. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who repeatedly post links that are the subject of valid DMCA complaints. We may also remove or block content and restrict accounts to enforce this policy.
Important notes & limitations
-

U.S. law allows service providers to designate a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. We may register a designated agent and post that information here if/when we do so. For information about agent registration, see the U.S. Copyright Office’s guidance.
